Taste olive oil and herbal syrups, accompanied by a Mediterranean buffet, during a sensory walk through the scrubland and olive groves.
Discover a thousand-year-old culture: the olive tree. Laure Charpentier, guide and passionate olive grower, will lead you through the scrubland and the olive trees, between Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Aniane on a 6 km long path.
The observation, the touch and the taste of aromatic plants will awaken your senses before the blind tasting of olive oil and syrups of plants producers.
The sensory stroll will be accompanied by a buffet prepared by the Café de la Place d'Octon. Christina, the Italian chef, will present her specialties with Mediterranean flavors inspired by her travels. In this country setting, Fabrice, a wild and edible plants enthusiast, will propose you dishes from his pickings in agreement with a local wine.
Useful information : Walking shoes and water bottle are essential. Meeting point at the Pont du Diable parking lot. - Reservation required: until Friday morning - 5 people minimum and 25 maximum.
