DOMAINE VIRGILE JOLY

In Saint-Saturnin-de-Lucian in the South of France, at the foot of the Larzac plateau facing the Mediterranean Sea, you can find Domaine Virgile Joly.
It is a well-known terroir, where the climate, soil, vineyards and people have been producing fine wines for centuries.
The young family team manage the vineyards according to the principles of organic farming, not far off those of biodynamics, being respectful of nature, without herbicides or synthetic chemicals.
The estate's old vineyards are grown and harvested by hand so as to yield limited quantities of grapes with a concentration and finesse that make it possible to produce premium red and white wines.
Virgile Joly is open year-round and offers winery tours and tastings.
