The olive oil-making cooperative of Clermont l'Hérault has been pressing oil for more than 80 years according to traditional and artisanal methods, an olive oil of great quality. In this shop you will find oil pressed at the mill, and also a range of other products derived from the olive. There are also numerous other local products to discover (wine, honey, jams …) which have been the object of a selection favourizing regional products and quality. Free guided tour available at the Maison de l'Olivier.
