LA FONTESOLE

LA FONTESOLE

In its specially designed bottle the Prieuré Saint Hippolyte Rosé, the pride of our wine growers, is made from a rigorous selection of grapes taken from the black Grenache and Syrah varieties. Cultivated in the tradition of the great rosé wines, this one will seduce you with subtle aromas of red fruit and its finesse on the palate. The perfect accompaniment to your summer cooking, it will add a touch of sunshine to your Mediterranean cuisine. The wine cooperative of Fontésole has also managed to showcase its different localities and notably the one that comes from the volcanic region of basaltic flows. From this selection comes our latest vintage: “les larmes du Volcan” which is an assemblage of syrah, grenache and mourvèdre grapes. This wine, an AOP Languedoc (protected designation of origin), will delight all lovers of gourmet wines, fruity and structured.
