3 hikes proposed by Club C?ur et Santé and La Dralha:
- Departure at 9 a.m. with the La Dralha group (approx. 12 km)
- Departure at 9:30 am with Club C?ur et Santé (approx. 6 km)
- Departure at 10 a.m. with Club C?ur et Santé (approx. 3 km)

From 10 a.m.: yoga session

2 information stands:
- Cardiovascular health (screening)
- Life-saving gestures

From 2pm: Zumba and Step demonstrations, cour d?honneur
From 4pm: Tai Chi Yoga demonstration

Afternoon musical entertainment and food truck available.
