Domaine de l'Aster is located in Péret, in the geographic center of the Hérault department, in the Languedoc, Languedoc-Pézénas and Clairette du Languedoc appellation zones. Nestled at the foot of the Malhubert volcano, the vineyard has been handed down from generation to generation for several centuries. Our vineyards are dispersed, constituting what is known here as "family property", which has evolved over time through marriages, inheritances, purchases and sales. Because of the peculiar and diverse geology of the Péret commune, this dispersal of plots is an obstacle to work in the vineyard, but offers a definite advantage in the expression of grape varieties and the complexity of the wines.
